LOCATION

The Spanje Polder business park is located on the border of Rotterdam and Schiedam. The site is approximately 190 hectares and offers space for an average of 700 companies. Due to its location along the A20 motorway and close to the A13, the Spanish Polder is easily accessible by car. The site is also easily accessible by public transport.
